About Testing Witness
HighRise provides a third party witness for mandatory testing. In accordance with the NYC Building Codes, elevators located within the five boroughs must be tested annually. Category 1 & Category 5 testing is performed by your elevator service company and we will be there, observing, to ensure that all testing procedures are followed, and furnish the required signature from our agency’s director.
